  • ½ cup (120g) chickpeas, cooked
  • ½ tsp. paprika powder
  • 1 medium avocado
  • ¼ tsp. lemon juice
  • 4 slices sprouted grain bread
  • pinch of cayenne pepper
  • salt & pepper
