Roasted Za'atar Veggie Flatbread

Essential Sports Nutrition Ingredients:

- ½ red bell pepper
- ½ red onion
- ½ medium zucchini
- 8 French green beans
- 1 tsp. za’atar seasoning or Greek seasoning
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- ¾ cup (40g) cooked chickpeas
- 6 mini whole wheat flatbread or naan bread
- 6 tbsp. hummus or white bean dip
- Drizzle of balsamic glaze (optional)

Essential Sports Nutrition What You Need to Do:

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the zucchini, red onion, and red bell pepper into long strips. Cut the ends off the green beans and slice them in half.

2. Toss the sliced vegetables and chickpeas onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with za'atar seasoning. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes until the edges of the vegetables have slightly browned.
