Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at our store. We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

• The product was purchased within the last 30 days
• The product is unopened and in its original packaging
• You have a valid proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation email)

Please note that we cannot process refunds for products that do not meet the above criteria.

To request a refund, please contact us at rma@essentialsportsnutrition.com with the subject line "Refund request" and include the following information in the body of the email:

• Your name and contact information
• The order number
• A brief description of the reason for the refund request

We will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible with a decision. If your request is approved, we will process the refund and the money will be returned to you according to the original payment method.
