  • 1 cups (400g) frozen pitted cherries
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp. vanilla soy yogurt (e.g. Alpro)
  • 4 tbsp. water
  • mint leaves, to serve
